Well first you have to download Notepad ++
http://www.chip.de/downloads/Notepad_12996935.html

than you should download this Convert Text
http://www.mediafire.com/file/4hfoeamj96ad44u/Convert+text.txt

and this Model, with the Bone in it
http://www.mediafire.com/file/uxss3kcgfccgeqg/Avalon+Shine.ms3d

and you should have Milkshape with mdl exporter, Mdlvis, Magos Model Editor, (not Important, if your Texture dont need Alpha Channel Photoshop or Gimp, if your Texture dont need a Alpha channel, use Paint) and Warcraft 3 Viewer.

for anyone, who got no milkshape, just PM me.

Download the Pictures,i it will help you alot with this Tutorial http://www.mediafire.com/file/ujokl0xso6zuoc2/Obj.%20to%20mdx%20Tutorial.rar

Check out the Video version
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4bbfH0VcIIo&t=9s

1.
Open the Avalon Shine Model with the Bone

2.
Delete the Mesh, only the Bone should left.

3.
Import the Model (really important, import the .obj file it, not open another ms3d file)

4.
Add the Materials to the Model.

5.
Double click the Root

6.
Double click every Group once by once, you have to select all groups.

7.
Export the selected model as .mdl. After that you can close Milkshape.

8.
Open the Converted model HinaHQ.mdl with notepad ++

9.
Delete only the line "Paste Heading here"

10.
Open the Convert.txt, copy the whole text and paste it, into the line where you deleted "Paste Heading here"and save it

11.
Open the Model with Mdlvis and Scale it a bit higher, by selecting all groups and use resize and Move.

12.
Save the Model as .mdx

13.
Rename the Texture ( I think for the Future, you dont need 2, but ou cant import 2 different Textures with the same name into world editor)

14. (Only need when your Texture need a Alpha Channel)
Open it into Gimp or Photoshop and export or Save the Texture as .tga)
If not, just Save the Texture with Paint as .jpg

15.
Open Wc3 Viewer and use the Button TGA => BLP (This also works with .jpg aswell)
and Convert the Texture into Blp
I always use 99, for full Qualitiy Textures, but you dont have 2

16.
Open the Model with Magos Model Editor

17.
Add the Texture from her (if its more than one, just add all of them)
You can find the Texture Manager, under Windows/Textue Manager
I removed everything, i let just the Texture in it.

18.
right click the Texture and edit her, and Wrap the Textures

19.
Open the Material Manager, with Windows/Material Manager and double click on the Material and delete one of the Both.

20.
Open the Material and add the Texture and click on Two sidet and Unshadet and Filter Mode none
(If you have a Texture with a Alpha channel, use Filter Mode Transparent)

21.
If you have more than just 1 Texture, just create another Material and do the same as in 20.

22.
If its more than just one Texture
Use the Geoset Manager to find out, which Group need which Textures.
Unde the Material ID you can change the Materials
